Privacy Policy — QuantumDEX

1. Data Controller & Contact

Qubismic ApS, incorporated in Denmark (CVR pending), Haarby, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with QuantumDEX and the ThiChain protocol interface.

This policy applies to app.quantumdex.io, thichain.io, and any related interfaces. It does not govern third-party dApps that integrate our smart contracts.

2. Data We Collect

On-Chain Blockchain Data

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, swap amounts, karma scores, and validator interactions are permanently recorded on ThiChain L1 (Chain ID 420420) and are public by design.

Off-Chain Interface Data

IP address (anonymised after 24h), browser type, session duration, and UI interaction events are collected solely to operate the interface. No personal identifiers are linked to wallet addresses without your explicit consent.

2.1 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not require email, name, or government ID to use QuantumDEX.
We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.

3. Consciousness & Karma Data

Special Category Notice: QCS 15-dimensional consciousness metrics and Karma Scores processed on-chain may constitute biometric or behavioural data under GDPR Article 9. Processing is based on explicit consent obtained at wallet connection.

3.1 Karma Score

Your on-chain Karma Score is computed from transaction behaviour by the ThiChain Dharmic Validator (precompile 0x0423). It is public, immutable, and tied to your wallet address — not to your legal identity. You accept this when you transact on ThiChain.

3.2 Consciousness Metrics (QCS)

If you opt in to advanced features powered by QCS, 15-dimensional consciousness metrics are processed. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will suspend QCS-enhanced features for your session. Historical on-chain records remain immutable.

4. On-Chain Data & Immutability

Important: Data written to ThiChain L1 — including swaps, positions, governance votes, and karma transactions — is permanently and publicly visible on the blockchain. This is a fundamental property of distributed ledger technology and is outside Qubismic's ability to modify or delete.

Off-chain data processed solely through our interface is subject to GDPR erasure rights. Submit requests to privacy@qubismic.io referencing your session identifier.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

QuantumDEX uses functional cookies only — no advertising or tracking cookies are deployed. We use browser local storage to persist wallet connection state and user preferences across sessions. No third-party analytics SDKs are loaded.

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced via the QuantumDEX interface with 30 days' notice before taking effect.
